    I have same problem. Do they even test the updates first! This is getting ridiculous! Then they wanna charge $1200 for yearly updates. Tool has never done what was advertised! Time for all us to band together and seek legal help!

    I was referring to new system update and now I can't download new updates for vehicles, it just flashes retry then downloading then

    Server must have been down. My updates are downloading now. Happened a few weeks back.
